As mediator the shadow manager will facilitate, and in some cases act as an arbitrator between the Client and the Interim Manager.
Shadow management can also, if required, bring additional competence and know-how to the assignment.
Compensation is depending on the complexity and difficulty of the supported Interim Management assignment, the requested availability, frequency of the meetings and the consumed time.
