Transition Management or Gap Management:
The main goal of this type of Interim Management is to safeguard continuity in management.
Sudden loss of a senior manager (resignation, sickness, … ) dismissals, temporary unavailability (project, sabbatical) or difficulties in recruitment can all be absorbed.
Participate in projects in order to supply additional management capacity. Projects can be functional, such as an ERP implementation. Other examples are: start ups and close downs, acquisitions and mergers, relocation, expansion, consolidation of facilities, opening overseas offices.
Bring the necessary additional competence and know-how in an organization.
Transfer of best practices and specific knowledge, developing people and coaching in (general) management skills.
Drive and execute change processes.
Rationalizing and restructuring initiatives.
Manage a fundamental reorganization, driven by a severe crisis situation, or change the direction of a company in difficulty.
Recovery situations, turnarounds, close downs.
Daily fees are calculated taking into account the scope, complexity, span of control (size of the company or department) and the length of the assignment.activities, Interim Management
